Relational meditation

How can you apply the insights and skills you cultivate during silent meditation to your daily life? This requires an authentic presence, where you allow yourself to be affected by what happens around you, stay fully present, and embody and express what is alive within you.

Relational meditation (also referred to as authentic presence) helps you practice being fully and sensitively present in connection with others. You learn to see yourself and others without trying to direct, change, or avoid anything. This means genuinely listening to yourself and others, showing yourself while being fully present with others, without resistance or defense.
