Morning meditation

We welcome you for our morning practice (all weekdays except for Monday). You can arrive at 5:55 am or at 6:55 am, and you can leave after every practice. If you want to join, please send us an email or register through our meetup group.


A collection of classical and contemporary practices, mostly based on Kashmir Shaivism (Trika, Krama, Kula lineages) and Tibetan Buddhism (Mahamudra and Dzochen), adjusted to the fragrance of the season (including postural yoga, breath work, uccara, visualisation,..)

Morning ceremony (including a tea ritual, setting an intention for the day, a prayer, an improvised voice practice,  morning dance)
