Practice group deep transformation

The purpose of this informal practice group is to experiment with transformational techniques. The activities aim at deconditioning the mind and body, breaking through fears, through false beliefs and physical tensions, digesting trauma that is stored in the body, and feeling more intensely alive.

Inspired by ancient paths of liberation (buddhism, shaivism, sufism, etc), contemporary psychological science, and performance, this practice group includes breathing exercises (pranayama), postural yoga, embodied meditations (alone, in pairs, and in group), dance, voice, scored conversation, visualisation, and working with the unconscious.
