This guided meditation is a careful selection of techniques from the Himalayan masters, as transmitted in the Bon Dzogchen tradition and the exquisitely sensual techniques of the Kashmiri Shaivism masters as collected and described by Abhinavagupta in the 10th century. Three types of meditations are offered. First concentration practices, to sharpen the focus of attention. Second, insight practices, turning our complete and continuous attention towards self-recognition. And last, energetic body practices, to increase the capacity of the body to “digest” unprocessed emotional conditionings.
Every evening has three parts. We start with opening up the body through breathing. Then there is a guided meditation. We end with silence.
Every Wednesday at 8pm (doors open at 7:30pm) till 9:30pm.
