Classical (left-handed) Tantra is a path of loving and dying, transforming and transgressing. Simultaneously being with what is -without preferences, without seeking fulfilment- and being totally immersed in life’s juicy, sensual pleasures, sucking the marrow out of its bones.
This practice group welcomes the paradoxes and extremes of being human: rage and tenderness, sexual ecstasy and depression, wild power and crumbling fragility; all are reflections of the divine that is always already right here.
The practices offered are inspired by Kashmir Shaivism (Trika, Krama and Kula lineages) and Tibetan Buddhism (Mahamudra, Dzochen). A playful mixture of body, dance, voice, introspection, poetry, lecture, radical honesty, breathing, shadow work, antinomian rituals, and more. We’ll work alone, in pairs, and in groups.
Six Thursdays between 10/11 and 15/12, always from 7pm till 10pm. This is an experimental try-out group in which I want to experiment with combining existing techniques and trying out new ones. Free contribution for heating and tea are appreciated, 10-15 euro if you can.
If you’d like more context, please send an email or read these intuitions.

You (Shiva) are my soul, the Goddess is my mind. My body is Your temple. Enjoying the objects of my senses is the worship of You. My sleep is Your state of samadhi. Wherever I walk, I walk around you, oh Lord. All my words are hymns of praise to You. All my actions veneration of You.
