At the core of authentic presence is the skill to be with reality as it is, without trying to make anything happen or avoid anything from happening. Intimately listening to myself and revealing what is there, and being fully present with the other, without resisting or defending myself.
We practice authentic presence through four broad skills:
- Be intimate with myself, noticing how it is like to be me on the level of sensations
- Reveal myself with radically owned honesty, without censoring or shame
- Be intimate with others, deeply available to seeing as they see and feeling as they feel
- Be with reality as it is, without trying to make anything happen or prevent anything from happening
We offer weekly evening sessions, full day or weekend tastings, and an in depth trainings in authentic presence.
